Please review the attendance policies below before your first login.

HUB ATTENDANCE POLICIES

By signing up for an event on the Hub, you are committing to attend.

> Students must sign up to attend events via the Hub

> Students must stay for the duration of the event

1st unexcused absence = Warning

2nd unexcused absence = Hub Probation for 1-month

3rd unexcused absence = Hub Probation for the remainder of the current academic semester

4th unexcused absence = Hub Probation for the remainder of the academic year

Probation defined: A student cannot sign-up or attend any event posted to the Hub for the designated time period outlined in the policy.

By logging into the Hub, you are agreeing that you have read and understand these policies and will accept the penalties associated with unexcused absences.

Please see Excused Absences considered (as recognized by The Ohio State University):

• Emergency/extreme situations such as personal illness/injury, family medical emergency or death in the family

• Governmental duties such as subpoenas, jury duty, and military service

• Religious holidays

Event Cancellation Policy
If there is a valid reason, students may cancel their attendance for an event no less than 3 days before the event occurs. Cancelled attendance less than 3 days before an event is considered a policy violation.
